Working with your body and challenging your mindset in a safe and compassionate space, the therapy process with me will help you gain better understanding of yourself, and create more emotional flow and alignment with your soul in your life.
My work integrates somatic exercises, mindfulness, breathwork, active imagination, music, arts, some techniques from CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) and IFS (internal family systems), and insights from astrology when possible.
The process can be short-term (4-8 sessions) or long-term.
