My own journey
First it came the astrologer.
I’m a mother, astrologer, psychotherapist, very intuitive, fascinated by people’s life stories and symbolism. With Sun in Virgo, Aquarius Rising, Moon in Aries – and four planets in the 8th house (Scorpio) – I feel drawn to the deep side of things with a passion to alchemise and transform. Helping people understand them selvesat a deeper level and feel empowered drives me.
My passion for astrology began whenI was 12. My grandma Maria gave me a chart reading for my birthday in my hometown Belo Horizonte. The chart was hand-drawn like a piece of art – this was way before computers. The experience touched me deeply as I knew astrology could be a powerful tool for self-awareness and transformation.

I started reading all the books I came across with and looking at friends’ charts. At 21 I did my first astrology training, still in Brazil. It wasn’t until many years later, when my daughter was born and I was already living in the UK, that I discovered EvolutionaryAstrology and the work of British astrologer Mark Jones. My heat was illuminated like lighting because this approach is very unique. I trained withMark in the UK, and established my own practice.
At 27, I did a three-year training in Bioenergetics, a body psychotherapy approach based on the work ofWilliam Reich. My intention was to develop my own emotional expression and connection with my body. I learned through experience how the body stores unhelpful emotional patterns through chronic muscular tensions that stops us from flowing in life with vitality. This training was so transformational that I pursued a Psychology bachelor’s degree, finishing in 2010.

Then it came the psychotherapist.
Since living in the UK, I’m a BACP-registered psychotherapist and I have worked with clients from different countries and backgrounds. I have also worked for the local government inPublic Health and at Mind, the mental health charity, promoting wellbeing at work.
The Astro-therapist
Now I integrate astrology and psychotherapy with clients whenever possible. In the sessions, I use somatic exercises, mindfulness, active imagination, music, some CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) techniques and astrological insights as tools – these support clients to gain deeper understanding of themselves and their life journey, and create more emotional flow.
More recently I’ve been experimenting with bringing the astrology chart to the body through dance, movement and music.

Whether you are looking to understand your life journey and your soul’s intention, navigating a life transition, needing support to manage stress and anxiety or longing for more emotional flow and alignment.
This space is for you.
